Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you change your mind or decide your Explore Nook resource isn't quite right for your learning space, you can return eligible items within 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- All components, parts and accessories must be included
- Items must be in re-saleable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
We're happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please contact us at info@explorenook.com.au before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We want the process to be as straightforward as possible, so please get in touch and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Changed your mind?
We understand that sometimes you get something home and realise it's not quite what you were looking for.
That's okay.
If your eligible item is unused, complete and in its original packaging, we're happy to accept your return within 30 days of delivery.
Choose what works for you:
Refund
We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Exchange
Choose another Explore Nook product of similar value, or pay the difference where applicable.
Store Credit
We'll provide store credit for the value of the returned product, available for a future purchase.
Return Costs
For change-of-mind returns:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- No restocking fees apply
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and pack our products before they leave us, but occasionally things can happen during delivery.
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and your order details
- Keep the original packaging where possible
We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items are not subject to our standard change-of-mind return conditions or return shipping costs.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card – refunded to the same card
- PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods – refunded using the original payment method where possible
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow a short processing period for your refund to be issued.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under our change-of-mind return policy:
- Discontinued items
- Items that have been used
- Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery
- Items missing components, parts or accessories
- Items not returned in their original packaging
- Items that are otherwise not in a condition suitable for resale
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Sometimes deliveries don't go exactly to plan. If your order is showing as delivered but you can't find it, please get in touch with us and we'll help you work out what happened.
We may ask you to:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Check around your usual delivery area
- Review any delivery instructions or photographs provided by the carrier
- Contact the carrier if required
We'll work with you to investigate the delivery and help find a suitable solution.
Where possible, we recommend using a secure delivery address to help keep your order safe.
