No Hassle 30-Day Returns
We offer a no hassle 30-day return period from the date of purchase for items that are unused and in original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition
- All components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please contact us at info@explorenook.com.au prior to returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and your order details to assist with a quick resolution
We’ll organise a replacement, refund, or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds, Fees & Return Shipping
Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card – refunded to the same card
- PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit – issued where applicable
Please allow a short processing period once your return has been received and approved.
For approved returns:
- Orders that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Return freight charges apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
No restocking fees or return charges apply to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or sale items
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package cannot be located:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Inspect your delivery area
- Contact the carrier directly
We recommend using a secure delivery address where possible.
